And you were attempting to correct it (or at least try to look it up) based on all the edits that you did.

You apparently don't know how federal grand juries work either, let alone how often they might meet during a given timeframe or even how many may even be empaneled for this entire ordeal because you are NOT supposed to "know". The process is "secret" barring reporters stationing themselves outside of courtrooms watching who comes and goes, and hoping a few are willing to disclose that they have been subpoenaed.

There is no "semantics". It's an interesting process that is worth your time to research before demanding that someone "charge" RIGHT NOW!!!1!!111!!!1!!.
