My daughter was born in the US so she's a US citizen, but she also was born a citizen of the UK because her father met the requirements to pass on his UK citizenship. The only way she can lose the UK citizenship she was born with is if she renounces.

Court order...criminals run around with their passports, the govt cancels them so they can't leave
