37. Yes, that is truly disturbing

I'm sure there were people who suspected what he was doing, but when it is the president, I think they have to be more cautious before making accusations or starting investigations. When you go after a president or former president, you'd better have all your ducks in a row - failure is not an option if the FBI and CIA want to survive.
