85. Not an appropriate use of the passive voice

Riots do not "happen". His allies will plan and execute them. "My supporters will riot", "My supporters will make feeble attempts to overthrow government", "They will be armed and will attempt to be dangerous"... Just examples of language that could be used if he was attempting to be honest.
