"More than a first cousin away would be second cousins" is genetically not likely to cause problems and you won't have the same Grandma, same Great Grandma maybe.

BUT to equate relationships with second cousins in the same sentence with INCEST IS NOT A BIG PROBLEM is SO STUPID it should be tattooed on his forehead.

Incest is the crime of two members of the same family having sexual intercourse, for example a father and daughter, or a brother and sister.

“Why is incest a crime?” The main reasoning behind laws that make it a crime is that it causes harm to family relationships and that it can result in genetic defects in children.

ALSO typically "incest" is a RAPE because the offender is older and more powerful than the victim and the victim is often not given a choice.

Inbreeding among first cousins if adults and consensual is a stupid game of genetic roulette, but it isn't the same as a parent or older sibling raping a child without their consent.
