4. It's a campaign stunt

In South Texas (border region) the busing of migrants to other states is probably popular with Latinos that Abbott is trying to court.

They probably aren't too crazy about "sticking it to the libs", but the area has been overrun with migrants, so they are pleased that they're going somewhere else.

It turns out that I was about a block away from that Migrant Center in San Antonio last week, however I had no idea that such a place existed in that location. Anyway, I was kinda surprised by all the homeless people. I was like, "I guess they're right we really do have a bad homeless problem..."...It turns out they were migrants.

Additionally, one guy came up to my vehicle and was aggressive enough that it made me leave the area. I go to some rough parts of town, but this guy was a bit different. FWIW If there are that many homeless migrants and stuff like along the border, I can see how it locals could be a bit fed up, but who knows. I don't go down there.
