6. Well in my suburb outside of DC, in Montgomery County MD, the "snowbirds" have decided to stay here

even for the winter. And many of their extended families have moved here permanently, fleeing the "nonexistent" climate change they poo pooed for so long. Quite a few are moving here on the FEMA dime and seem to be the only ones who can afford the outrageous costs of all those new townhomes and condos going up around here. On the other hand, many retirees I know have moved south because of cheaper cost of living, and taxes. Those I know going south will be voting blue. Those I know moving nortj will be red voters. oh, well...
