8. I think the jokes were directed at the false narrative

that Fentanyl is being given away consistently to infants as Halloween candy.

Is there in fact, someone posting that Fentanyl should not be taken seriously? If someone on this website was specifically trivializing the risks of Fentanyl on its own merits, I'd really be interested in seeing a link to that particular assertion.
