He's a moron, a conniving manipulator, a pathological AND compulsive liar, a jerk and a scumbag, but none of that qualifies as insanity.

Because he's not the least insane. He knows what reality is, and he knows exactly what he's doing.

Don't give him the out for an insanity plea, because you know he'll go there, if he thinks he could get away with it.
