You don't outspend an eight-point loss.

Any money spent on Ryan would have been a waste; even worse, it would have been funding a Democrat that was amplifying negative Democratic messages about the Democratic Party and some of its elected officials.

Biden lost OH by eight points. Ryan isn't going to do much, if any, better.

I don't know why people are so in love with this guy. Sherrod Brown, he is NOT.
