Terroristic Threatening - The Legal Definition

Terroristic threatening usually involves the communication and intent to engage in terrorizing another person through words or deeds which can lead to other actions such as an evacuation of a location, inconvenience and other complications. The specific purpose of these actions is to instill terror in the victims through the actions or words of the perpetrator.
