If he has the kind of kompromat you're suggesting they'd keep kissing his ass regardless of election results. These people care about only one thing: keeping power at all costs. None of them would risk that kind of thing leaking out and eroding their personal hold on power, midterm results be damned.

The only reason they ever latched onto Trump to begin with was to use him to increase their power. He's no longer useful in that regard and has become counterproductive, so the Great Abandoning has begun.

They will abandon him in droves with the exception of the True Believers, and Trump in his wounded fury will lash out and do as much damage as he can to all the rest on his way down. His political death rattle is going to seriously damage the GOP.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch.
