that have been working on those investigations already have a leg up on the new special prosecutor, and most probably already have enough to indict the SOB, so now comes a "special prosecutor" to move things back and waste time and money. I am sure trump is delighted with the new delay the new special prosecutor will bring to the investigation, he must be saying "why didn't I request a special prosecutor myself? Good job Garland!"

By now many of us have stopped believing in Garland, I hope he proves us wrong.

Also, I believe she is referring to Garland when she says "no trump supporter..." because she feels Garland made this move to show trumpists that he is unbiased, and guess what? trumpsists already hate Garland, so IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
