Laurence Tribe said so. Glenn Kirschner said so. If this was to be done, it should have been done a year ago.

It's simply Lucy telling Charlie Brown that maybe he'll get to kick the football eventually. MAYBE.

Garland Punted. That's the bottom line. He never intended to indict, and this proves it.
