It’s not easy because he is as slippery as a greased pig with so many huge money men providing the grease.
I think their chances are slightly better than even given the crimson colored SCOTUS and the memory of what happened to Tom Delay. (Seventeen million dollars is a nice crooked public servant retirement package, right?)

But get the jumbo popcorn because this circus will probably last awhile.
