And all you know is he's standing there, and doesn't appear to be any kind of 'leader' in the situation (that would be more troubling if so).

I mean I always root against the Cowboys and I'm not a Jones fan in particular, but this is not worthy of cancellation, IMHO.

If there was a further troubling history of him making racist comments, that'd be different, but I'm not aware of any offhand.
