But she'll have to play her role very convincingly if she wants to survive the 2024 primary season, and by then, she'll either have painted herself into a very Democratic corner, or painted herself out of the running when primary season starts. Unless she has some $750,000 a year job waiting for her (which we certainly can't eliminate as a possibility) in January, 2025, I think she'll have to either put up or check out the pension payments schedule for former Senators.
