19. Don't know about day cares.

My school district does. Except for the last 3 years things went more than wobbly. It's a known problem, missing vaccinations during COVID. The distribution isn't going to be randomly distributed.

The last couple of kids I had to argue with about vaccinations (because my administrator doled the task of communicating with students and parents to the student mentors, such as me) weren't even born in the US or in the US until they were of high-school age. (In one case I had to try to make the kid understand using my poor Spanish and his poorer English. New comer programs of 6 months' duration aren't academically useful.) The uptick in migration, esp. of families, has led to problems. If they go through approved channels, they get one shot; but after that, or if they avoid the approved channels, not so much. Yes, in some well publicized instances there were massive vaccination campaigns in some countries. But not for all infectious agents and not in all countries. The measles outbreaks, like the very recent polio "scare", were traceable to outside the US.
