Because Republican PAC's/organizations/groups by them in bulk to artificially inflate his books sold numbers. These outfits then include the books they bought in raffles, giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, what have you. And it's not just his books, all MAGA books and merchandise is treated this same way.

Undoubtedly Trump cards too.

45,000 isn't that many considering there's 332 million people living in this country.
