1) Trump knew the mob was likely armed, because he was told the crowd wouldn't come through the magnetometers to his little Musilini rant.
2) Trump responded "Turn off the mags, they are not here to hurt me" (I may not have the quote exactly). So he knew they had weapons.
3) He then launched that mob towards the capitol.
4) He then did absolutely nothing to stop the violence

None of that is in question.

The only question I have is could you get a jury to find him guilty, given the number of MAGA heads in our population?
