4. He was behind Kinzinger too earlier in hearing when Kinzinger was speaking

and was concentrating very intensely on every word and interacting with an older man on the other side of Kinzinger. They were kind of nodding and he seemed pleased possibly with how teleprompter and Kinzinger's speech went. I was surprised to see him behind Jamie Raskin later.
