10. So, I had no power outage this morning

So what can we take away from this ?

1- with a warning, power consumers will react correctly and power down their power consumption

2- Dook got their ass in a sling with unannounced rolling power outages, and sent out the request to customers

3- it’s an experiment in control - seeing if they can program consumers into reducing their power consumption with threats of rolling blackouts
