7. Moving from 190 up to 198-200 in the House may not seem like much, but it is.

Before Dems needed 28 Repubs to cross the aisle to vote for rational policies on taxes and the deficit. As of next year, we will only need 18-20, which is a lot more doable. I really don't think there is going to be another debt-ceiling standoff like we had last year. The "Tea Party moment" has come and gone.
