26. Unfortunately everything has to be examined.

It's all about transparency and it's bad juju for anyone to have classified in a nonsecure location, no matter who, when, where or why. The only excuse is if you found something and were securing it. Otherwise, no excuse for anyone. We have to be consistent on this...it's already an own goal.
