I do agree with you that most likely Garland appointed the SC for political considerations, not because he personally feels Biden actually did anything criminal

In spite of much of the media trying present the Trump and Biden handling of the classified documents as equivalent, they aren’t even close, along with the fact that trump has admitted that he believes the classified documents belong to him personally, and has explicitly tried to obstruct and prevent the documents from being returned.

Much of the press is doing a tremendous disservice to the country by misrepresenting the situation, all for gaining attention and viewership
