Second tier are Baldwin (WI), Rosen (NV), Casey (PA) and Sinema (AZ)
MD at risk if Cardin retires and Hogan runs
Looking at Cruz (TX), Scott (FL) and Hawley (MO) as potential targets

Really hard for me to get excited about Manchin and Sinema, but I get we have to support them.

WV Governor Jim Justice has repeatedly said he is considering running against Manchin for US Senate.

Hogan is well respected in MD by both sides. Keep Cardin in for as long as possible.
