who is the Chief Legal Affairs anchor for ABC News and was previously the co-anchor of Nightline. Before that he was at NBC News for 15 years as a reporter for NBC Nightly News, host on MSNBC, and Chief Legal Correspondent for NBC News. During the 2000s he was MSNBC's General Manager. He was one of the hosts of the On Patrol broadcast where this clip was aired. I doubt that someone with Abrams' reputation would promote a "fake news" item.
