4. This is how Democrats did it the last two GOP speakers

And both times after being made a fool by their own reps they had to find just enough GOP house members to pass it with the Democrats. There's no reason to think Kevin has some magic that Ryan didn't, and he simply does not have enough GOP members of the house to ever pass any debt ceiling deal no matter what it is. Ryan never did.
