25. One would think a dashcam would've captured any supposed reckless driving.

If there had been a vehicle pursuit, a dashcam for sure would have captured that. Or, failing that, a pole camera, since one of those caught the beating in its entirety. If they have cameras on poles in residential areas, I'd think they'd also have traffic cams.

The whole situation was just a mess. I've seen high-risk felony traffic stops conducted with less bombast than that, and these are the stops where they have reason to believe someone wanted and potentially dangerous is in the car. They were hyper-aggressive from the word go, with zero apparent cause, and the aggression just escalated into a complete rage-spiral.

The beating they gave him was the sort of thing you'd expect to see when it's a very, very personal dispute. They weren't trying to subdue or restrain him. They were 100% intending to inflict as much pain as possible. The video is brutal.
