Question: Who was monitoring the street cam at scene of Tyre Nichols beating? [View all]

Somebody was. The camera was pointing in the opposite direction and then swung around to the intersection.

And when the ambulance finally showed up, it zoomed out to include the ambulance.

What was happening back at headquarters?
