He is no doubt Russian paid to be a to be a CHAOS AGENT.

I saw this on the internet so take it worth a grain of salt about Deripaska.

Tony DeVolder is doing exactly what the Russians and no doubt certain people on the right
such as the Mercers/Rupert/??? and that is to stir up shit. His telling huge lies such as he
was a volleyball star (he is short and fat not volleyball material or he was hanging out with
Chuck Schumer's mom talking shit about Chuck.

DeVolder is just like Trump he was installed to cause problems in America. I hope the DoJ
picks him and his cell phones and computer history ASAP.
