I do think Biden is still our best shot.

The 7 off the top of my head:

Andy Beshear
Sherrod Brown (but probably too old in 2028, and certainly for 2032, as we need to end the 'in their 80s before their 1st term ends, let alone their 2nd' thing)
Gavin Newsom
Gretchen Whitmer

Roy Cooper
Josh Shapiro
Raphael Warnock

John Fetterman's stroke is hard to overcome atm for POTUS, if he had not had that happen he would be truly up there.

Michelle Obama will never run for POTUS.

Buttigieg (who I think would make the best POTUS of any listed) and Polis will have a hard time overcoming homophobia in both the Dem primaries (especially the deep south) and in the general. (This is especially hard for gay men, lesbians have less issues with the bigotry than gay men do in politics, IMHO, from what I can see..... full disclosure I am a lesbian myself, but that is NOT what I am basing this off of, and yes it is fucked up).

Kamala Harris, I do not think, can win a general, and I have doubts she can even win a Dem primary.

Hillary Clinton would lose in the general, her negatives are permanently too high, thanks to 30 years of attacks.

Wes Moore is one to watch.

just my thoughts,
