And they can be. They don't like outsiders coming in and telling them what to do. Not at all. That hurt Berg.
North Dakota is a rural, Red state. But, ND is the only state to have a State run Mill & Elevator. Plus they are the only state to have a State run bank. It is political suicide to mess with either one. And yet you talk to them and Socialism is bad. Obamacare is Socialism and they don't want it.
