9. My kids would really only drink chocolate milk or Ovaltine, they

would rarely drink white milk. It's better than kids buying or bringing in cans of pop or other sweet drinks with ZERO nutritional value. It's funny how politics works in matters like this: Sometimes Dems love the nanny state a little too much in trying to enforce safety and healthy choices (but it's well-meaning), and GOPers love the nanny state when they can dictate all the various food choices in EBT and demand drug testing for welfare benefits, unemployment, etc. (NOT well-meaning, meant as punitive and to encourage people not to use benefits at all).
