'Just in case' meaning, 'just in case lib'ruls impose martial law on us God-fearin' people and shit gets real'.
The paranoia among many Republicans these days is Hitleresque.
Which is ironic, since GOP presidents (Bush II and Trump) are the only ones who've recently considered invoking Continuity-of-Gummint or the Insurrection Act - and for mere convenience!
