...are any more productive, unless perhaps you believe in the magical thinking that putting "positive energy out into the universe" is how you get good things like justice and protection against future coups to happen, and the Debbie Downers have the opposite effect.

Or maybe some are afraid that Fani Willis, Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, and others in various justice roles will come here to DU, see all the pessimism, and they'll be insulted or discouraged and give up. Yeah, like it works that way.
