Both sides have argued the merits, and were awaiting SCOTUS decision .
Then NC Supreme Court goes from D to R … and so the R’s want to try it again, a do over … and then if it goes to the R’s favor, if Dems want to appeal to SCOTUS, what then? They can say they have no jurisdiction?
