looking at the bigger picture. Not all cases end up in the SCOTUS, you know.

One huge group of wins were the 61+ over state election challenges in 2020.
But that doesn't indicate what courts would do when minors' civil rights and parental rights are challenged.

Thing is, on this topic, I'm not going to do the bulk of the homework on court rulings -- not duckin', but it's kinda late in the day and I'm not up for the challenge. You might, though.
