Care shaming because of the comparison between her obvious lack-of-starvation and her children's starvation.
Emile's post #5, that you responded to, made that explicit with the phrase "missed many meals". Read it again. She obviously didn't miss meals but her children did.
It's about missed meals! You are the one to think it was about being fat!
How about waiting until actual fat-shaming occurs?
