91. I had the great pleasure to see Peter Tosh six times (in one week) back in 1978.

He played 4 shows at a little club called the Starwood in W Hollywood, early and late shows on two nights. I attended all of them. Stood so close I could touch him. In fact he passed me a huge spliff, that then made the rounds, and the last bit eventually came back to me (and I saved in in a frame for years with a ticket a picture and the sticker from Legalize It.

The third night Bob Marley played the Starlight Amphitheater in Burbank. Towards the end of the show, Peter Tosh surprised everyone (including Marley, from my understanding) by joining Bob onstage to sing Get Up Stand Up. I was out of my head, asking people around me--who mostly seemed oblivious--if they saw what was happening here? I belive this was the one and only time Tosh and Marley played together outside of Jamaica after the (original) Wailers broke up.

Then a couple days later, I saw him open for the Stones.

Loved Peter Tosh.

Not sure about this "P. Touch" fellow though. The Brother Corporation may want to have a word. LOL
