structures. So terribly sad. At least with hurricanes there is plenty of warning and people can get out of the way. Not so with tornadoes, especially when they strike at night when people aren't at their most attentive. Always thought the gubmint ought to offer financial help for folks to install underground tornado shelters. Many coastal homes don't have basements.
