the thing about the mods- we took down posts even if we agreed w them. jurors, i suspect, wont.
we had wider latitude for things that werent spelled out in the tos, too.
1 thing i rly wish earlg would do is allow comments on alerts. i know it can be hard to keep anonymity then, but we all learned so much from the members back then. ppl who could hear the dog whistles alerted us to them. or they tipped us off to the history of some things.
man, did i learn more than i ever wanted to know about antisemitism.
no nuance in the system any more.
