26. You know it occurs to me that all of the mainstream media is in on this

Intentionally or unintentionally- they're always looking for an "angle" and "we" fall for it every time. Example- Uvalde became all about the cowardice of the local police force. Even on this forum, it's all we posted about. Somehow we forgot about the guns. I think this started with Columbine when the country became fixated on blaming bullying- and years later when the facts were finally uncurled enough to reveal the shooters hadn't been targets of bullies but had often been perpetrators of it, no one cared enough to discuss it. The guns were forgotten early on. This time it'll be about "what would drive a transexual shooter?" and everyone will be debating if identity is relevant or not and guns will fade away quietly...
