when the accused is an disgraced ex-POTUS who effectively leads a cult full of millions of USA-hating sociopaths and domestic terrorists, and to whom most of the congresscritters of his party (who now hold The House) appear to be strangely beholden to.

But I get your point ... my inclination is to think what he stole is probably not overly incriminating.
