Unfortunately, establishing that takes time and a significant amount of money to challenge the unconstitutional law.
Drag shows are nowhere near the line the Supreme Court has previously drawn.
Erotic dancing is protected as expressive conduct - as long as the dancer has at least pasties and G-strings on (permitted restriction, narrowly tailored to advance a substantial government interest in morality).
Unless they decide to toss out the previous line.
