In reply to the discussion: Who had "revenge toll roads" on their 2023 Bingo Card? [View all]SpamWyzer
(385 posts)10. I have to call him
Dumb Santis. Imposing a new tax on the people who have just paid hundreds or thousands of dollars to go to "The Happiest Place on Earth" in order to punish Disney for outsmarting you is hardly a brilliant election or re-election strategy. Pukes pledged "no new taxes"...Dumb Santis has just broken the cardinal rule of puke politics. He will NEVER be the GQP choice for (failed) President. The voters will respond to his toll road with a caravan of votes for the other guy...Pres. Joe Biden #47.
GOTV.

To add a little bizarreness to the mix, several of the main roads to Disney are already toll roads!

We should boycott for a month, just long enough to teach Duh-Santis a hard lesson.

They don't even have to close, just sell 50% less tickets, with preference to in-park stays.

Shut down for 6 months like they do to oil refineries to perform 'maintenance' and keep prices high.

Too bad it would be too expensive to uproot D-world and move it to Georgia.
