1. Kids are misbehaving a lot lately. Criminal type behavior seems to be rising.

I’m not so sure I agree anymore with keeping their name out of the press. Maybe the embarrassment will show other children not to do this type of activity. Something needs to be done. Stealing a vehicle at 13????
