37. There are no worthless inland acres

Not really any worthless land left anywhere here in Florida. Years ago I bought my 6 acres that are 10 miles from the gulf coast for $10k an acre. The three acres across the road from me sold recently for $120k and 1/2 of it isn’t even buildable because it’s low and wet near a pond.
