1. Wikipedia did not exist when I was in law school or on law review

I do not remember seeing Wiki cited in a brief or a case. This judge is a joke This opinion is actually worse than the Special Master lawsuit. This opinion is a piece of crap that makes up new rules for standing and has this judge make his own judgment about medical and scientific issues. For example on standing

I thought that Eileen Cannon's opinions in the Special Master litigation were special but this opinion out does Lose Cannon's opinions
