Trying the case is not without risk to Dominion. They don't have a slam dunk case -- indeed, in my four decades as an attorney, I've learned that when it comes to jury trials, there is no such thing as a slam dunk.

The question is whether Fox would ever agree to the terms Dominion almost certainly would demand.
